Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are provided before work starts. Additional costs may apply if hidden faults or extra materials are discovered, and these will be explained before continuing.

Payments

Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing. We accept common payment methods including cash, card, and bank transfer.

Appointments and Access

Customers must provide safe access to the property and relevant work areas. Appointment times are estimates and may vary during emergency periods.

Warranty and Liability

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Warranty coverage depends on the service type and any manufacturer terms on supplied parts.

Cancellations
